Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Posters must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund:

Contact our support team at support@posterplanet.com (or support@posterplanet.ca for Canadian customers) with your order number and reason for the refund.

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned poster, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
