REFUND POLICY

At PosterPlanet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Posters must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@posterplanet.com (or support@posterplanet.ca for Canadian customers) with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned poster, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
